When returning game boards for repair,
follow the instructions of the technical support
specialist on what to return for your particular
board-set. This can vary depending on the game,
reported problem, symptoms, et cetera. In general,
the fan assembly and audio/amp board (with associated
harness to the main PCB) should all be removed. |

Phone: (408) 383-3963 Typical calls into the
department involve game set-up problems, non- or
partially functioning games, or requests for technical
information. Your problem will either be resolved
over the phone, or you may need to send in a board for
an out-of-warranty Billable Repair (BR) or in-warranty
Return Material Authorization (RMA). If you are
using either of these options, please be sure to record
the BR or RMA number for your records, and most
importantly, write the number on the outside of the
box that you will be using to return the defective
part. Please note that materials without a
valid RMA or BR number cannot be received, and will be
returned to the sender unopened. |
